Returns Policy

At Wildforged, we stand behind the quality and durability of our outdoor steel gear. You may return unused items in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (excluding original shipping costs).

Please contact our support team at info@wildforged.com with your order number to obtain a return authorization before shipping your item back.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please note that our items are heavy and robust; they must be re-packaged with the same care as the original packaging to prevent damage during the return transit.

All returns are photographed immediately upon arrival and the images are sent to the customer for transparency.

Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned gear.
